Shipping Information

Excellent customer service is of utmost importance to us! We will do absolutely everything to get your goods to you as soon as we possibly can.

Most products get shipped within 24-48 hours if in stock.

Personalised products are usually shipped within 48hrs, depending on how busy we are. This timeframe increases at times like Christmas.

Some products are printed and made on demand and can take 2-3weeks to be delivered. This information is listed in the product description. 

If you need to receive your products within a short timeframe, please contact us and check if this is possible (admin@gymgirlz.com.au). Express post is possible on some products, if you contact us directly.

Handling:

If your products are in stock, we will package and send your goods within 24-48hrs. 

Personalised products like water bottles are usually shipped within 24-48hrs, however this timeframe can increase during busy periods like Christmas.

Shipping: 

Usually domestic shipping takes ~3-7 business days depending on your location. 

If you live outside of Australia, please allow up to 20 business days to receive your items.

Express Shipping:

We currently do not offer express shipping through our website. However, if you need something urgently and we do have your products on hand (just message us to check), then we are happy to offer express shipping on those items. You will need to pay for the cost of the express shipping.

Shipping Cost:

We always try to give the most reasonable and affordable prices to our customers! Shipping prices are calculated based on how heavy the product is, where it is being shipped to and how many products you have purchased. The maximum international shipping fee is $30, no matter how large your order. This does not apply to bulk club orders. The shipping will be calculated at checkout, so you will see the shipping cost before your payment.

Tracking

To keep shipping costs down for our customers, we do not always provide tracking on small orders. However, if your order is larger, then it will usually have a tracking number.
