Shipping within Australia is calculated based on the weight of your purchase. 

For international orders, a flat shipping fee of $30 applies. 

We always try our best to give customers the cheapest shipping rates possible.

Shipping time will vary depending on the product. Most of our products are shipped from Australia within 24-48hrs and depending on your post code, shipping usually takes 2-7business days within Australia. 

Some of our merchandise is shipped directly from our suppliers overseas, in which case, shipping can take up to 20 days.  

If you need a product urgently, we advice you contact us directly to find out the estimated shipping time. 

Gym Girlz United keeps most stock in our warehouse in Qld (Australia), and some products are sent from a warehouse in NSW. A small number of our products also get shipped directly from our suppliers overseas, while we adjust and grow to demand. 

Due to the above, you may receive your orders separately. We apologise, if this is an inconvenience for you.
